FLOODS AND LANDSLIDES TRIGGERED BY TORRENTIAL MONSOON RAINS HAVE KILLED AT LEAST 40 PEOPLE ACROSS SOUTH ASIA IN THE LAST TWO DAYS, OFFICIALS SAID SATURDAY.
