Voters in Cambodia are casting their ballots in local polls seen as a test for long-ruling Prime Minister Hun Sen's popularity and leadership ahead of a general election next year.
The last time Cambodians went to the polls, in 2013's national elections, the opposition made huge gains, spurred in part by a significant appetite for change among young voters.
