A MILLION DISPLACED BY DEADLY FLOODS IN NORTHEAST INDIA

AT LEAST 10 KILLED AND A MILLION PEOPLE DISPLACED IN ASSAM STATE AS WATER LEVELS IN BRAHMAPUTRA RIVER CONTINUE TO RISE.
