NORWAY HAS TRUMPED DENMARK AS THE WORLD'S HAPPIEST COUNTRY IN A REPORT THAT CALLS ON NATIONS TO BUILD SOCIAL TRUST AND EQUALITY TO IMPROVE WELLBEING.
